$400 annual Family Memberships are available for members of the same family/household. Annual club membership fees cover the calendar year January to December.
From 2026 Maison has agreed to utilise a new registration, payment and administration platform called JustGo/JustFence which has been implemented by the main associations AFF and ACTFA. The previous administration platform OnePoint is no longer utilised.
Registration and receipts for the registration to the association ACTFA appears to be working. However the process of payment to the club Maison membership through JustFence has not been confirmed. Untill this is resolved, the Maison annual membership form process will continue.

step-1 register an account with JustFence (individual or designated family member)
step-2 enter the JustFence web portal
step-3 confirm personal details and add family members if you are the designated family member
step-4 join Association (ACTFA) first - selecting category of fencer as competitive or club etc...
step-5 confirm payment amount in shopping trolley - but don't pay yet ! .....
step-5 choose to add/join Club (Maison) second -
step-7 confirm payment amount in shopping trolley and complete with credit card etc
step-8 you will have received an email to your designated email account requesting an email address verification - go to your email and click on verify
Note that JustFence is not prepopulated with 2025 member details from OnePoint. There is an automated process which kicks in after the 2026 ACTFA membership is registered/approved. This process provides a sequential series of payment notifications and updates of personal status validations from the old OnePoint system, and might take 24-48 hours before completion.
Mandatory - joining ACTFA as a member ensures fencers are covered under the insurance policies held through ACTFA and the Australian Fencing Federation. Members registering with ACTFA will be prompted to nominate the ACT club at which they are a member of and wish to represent at local tournaments - so please select 'Maison' in this field.
First time individual members joining Maison may pay a reduced membership fee of $250 (if starting after 1-April). No pro-rata reduction or refund applies if the member starts and fences for a reduced/part of the year. First time club members must also register with and pay ACTFA membership fees. No pro-rata fee arrangement applies to ACTFA membership.
There is no reduced membership fee within the JustFence web portal. Please pay the full club individual membership amount and then contact the Maison club secretary via email and you will be reimbursed by the club after membership payment has been confirmed.
